At Knox Chocolatiers, we have a passion for creating delicious and unique chocolate experiences. Our journey began nearly 50 years ago when mom was driving down the street and saw a sign that said "Free Chocolate Lessons." That was the "Sweet" beginning of Knox Chocolates. In a small kitchen mom and dad experimented with different flavors and ingredients until they found the perfect recipes. Today, we continue to push the boundaries of hand crafted chocolate using the same ingredients that she and dad used when we were kids.
We believe that our gourmet, dipping chocolate comes from the best ingredients. That's why we source only the highest quality chocolate from a local company we have had a friendship with for nearly 50 years. Our commitment to quality ensures that every bite of our chocolate is a truly exceptional experience.
We take great care in every step of our chocolate-making process. Every piece of chocolate is uniquely crafted. We use traditional techniques without molds to create chocolates that are both delicious and visually appealing.
